10/66 Dementia Research Group
The 10/66 Dementia Research Group focuses on dementia research in developing countries. Less than one tenth of all population-based research into dementia has been directed towards the two-thirds or more of all people with dementia who live in the developing world. Hence "10/66" The Group. The site contains summaries of the current research projects. This is the site of the World Health Organization’s Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse. The Department aims to reduce the burden of mental disorders worldwide, and promote mental health.
